NHL hockey is unique compared to the others sports because once the playoffs start it is completely unpredictable. Sure you can say the same thing about the others sports, but in hockey its a whole different story. When was the last time you saw an 8 seed knock off a #1 seed in basketball? Now we enter the second round of the playoffs, when thing should start getting really crazy as the 8 best teams get whittled down to 4. In the second round of the NHL playoffs, the Bruins will square off against the Hurricanes, which will be a sort of rivalry of the old Bruins Whalers rivalry of old. That series should be intense and you can be sure that a lot of fans are going to be looking for Bruins playoff tickets for that one. The other Eastern Conference matchup features the Washington Capitals vs the Pittsburgh Penguins in a matchup of Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin. The last series of the second round of the NHL playoffs Will be the Vancouver Canucks against the Chicago Blackhawks.
